Spring Into Wellness

The initial concept of the Spring into Wellness event was to create a friendly fitness/weight loss challenge. Because of current world events, we decided to pivot and refocus on the body's immune system.  

During this event we will highlight some of the ways to support our immune system. At the same time, we hope to inspire, encourage, and nudge you to Spring into Wellness!
This group is for everybody and every body!
Weekly live sessions will take place every Tuesday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm CDT from April 14 to May 12th 
The weekly topics include: 
  • Nutrition for health and building our immunity
  • ​Gentle movement to stretch the body and calm the mind.
  • ​Moving for fitness and strength
  • ​Shifting thoughts to positivity
  • ​Activities to make your heart sing
